• Shipments are sent all week, excluding Friday and major holidays. Orders are processed within one business day of being placed.
• Friday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.
• We offer free ground shipping for all orders of 700 L.E or more. Standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of 50 L.E for all orders under 700.
• Each order will be shipped to one address only.
• Customers are responsible for notifying our support team when an order has been returned to Laha Cosmetics by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.
• Laha Cosmetics orders are shipped to Egyptian addresses only, and can take up to 2-4 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).
  

• Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 10 days of purchase.
• At the discretion of Laha Cosmetics, damaged, broken in transit, leaking or defective products purchased within 10 days are refunded or replaced at no charge after inspection.
• Damaged product is our responsibility with full coverage of the shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when received in a Good Condition.
• Gift with Purchase products are ineligible for return/refund.
• In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many customers as possible, Laha Cosmetics reserves the right to limit the number of Order returns/refunds, and the number of Product unit returns/refunds per customer.
• Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 25% of the product.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
• Items purchased from unauthorized retailers, dealers or resellers are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
• Once Laha Cosmetics receives and logs in your authorized return, we will initiate a refund "cash or to your card". You will receive the credit within a maximum of 7 days.
• Returns may take up to 7 days to process.
• The return/refund process may be delayed if the authorized return is not properly addressed.
